Priority 1 Pre-paid Support

| Priority 1 Pre-paid Perusion support is the highest priority support available. Priority 1 clients are placed above all others for response time. Minimum retainer is 4 hours per month and is NOT REFUNDABLE. Hours not used in billing month will be lost. Any hours over the retainer hours are billed at normal rates. |

Priority 2 Pre-paid Support

| Level 2 ensures the best response after Level 1. With Level 2 you prepay so that you have a credit balance. (Minimum retainer is 2 hours at $150) Our policy is that hours already paid for get priority over new business or business that is not yet booked. Although Level 2 is below Level 1 with regards to response time, any credit balance available at the end of the month will carry over to the next month. Any hours over the retainer hours are billed at normal rates.
